Russian rolling stock and armoured fighting vehicle manufacturer Uralvagonzavod has acquired a controlling stake in Sambre et Meuse, which operates a specialist foundry at Feignies in northern France producing rolling stock components such as bogie castings for customers including Alstom and Bombardier.
