Dual Inventive’s ML3000 RC shows which tracks are safe to work on.

NETHERLANDS: Strukton Rail signed an agreement to take a 50% stake in track worker safety technology company Dual Inventive Holding on February 4.

Dual Inventive develops products intended to increase safety, productivity and asset utilisation, including possession management, automated warning, and condition monitoring systems. It has 21 employees and turnover of €4·5m.

The companies said they have worked together in countries including Sweden, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and Australia. The transaction is backdated to January 1, and Struckton Rail said Dual Inventive’s management and strategy would remain unchanged.
