Test train from China to the Ruhr

A train carrying containers from Lianyungang in northeast China arrived at the Container Terminal Herne in the Ruhr on June 21.

INTERNATIONAL: A trial train carrying containers from the port city of Lianyungang in northeast China arrived at the Container Terminal Herne in the Ruhr region of Germany on June 21. The 11 300 km journey via Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Poland took 17 days.
