Pajares tunnel safety systems contract awarded

SPAIN: Infrastructure manager ADIF has awarded a consortium of Alstom (35%), Indra (35%) and Constructora San Jose (30%) a €53m contract to supply safety and security systems for 12 tunnels on the 49·7 km Pajares New Line which is under construction between La Robla and Pola de Lena.
