BELGIUM: Infrastructure manager Infrabel has awarded Rosehill Rail and its local partner Vatis an eight-year contract to supply rubber infills for use at 500 level crossings.
The solid rubber infill material is produced in the UK from 100% recycled tyre rubber.
‘We’re delighted to have been awarded this contract in a region which has been supplied by one of our competitors for many years’, said Rosehill Rail Export Manager Andrew Knight. ‘Our team has worked closely with Infrabel to secure this agreement and we’re in the process of securing more contacts around the world.’
