LITHUANIA: National railway LG has awarded a contract for the design, manufacture and supply of an infrastructure diagnostics vehicle.
The contract has been awarded to a consortium of local lorry body and lifting equipment manufacturer KMT, Italian maintenance equipment supplier Tesmec Rail, Goldschmidt Group’s Polish railway measuring equipment supplier Graw, and the European division of US track inspection company Sperry Inc.
The self-propelled vehicle will have a maximum speed of 140 km/h.
