ROLLON: Telescopic linear rails developed by the Italian supplier are used in a range of railway applications, including vehicle doors, retractable steps, underframe component trays and platform edge doors.

At this year’s show, Rollon will be highlighting a number of extensions to its product range, including its Hegra Rail brand which reflects the company’s recent acquisition of the German company.

As a result, Rollon has extended its range of sliding supports for foot steps, battery compartments and air-conditioning systems. These use a variety of telescopic rail profiles, with ball cages capable of managing high loads up to 20 kN per pair, extended extractions up to 200% of the length of the rail in the closed position, and available in different materials including aluminium and stainless steel.
