Canberra may lease NSW freight lines

FEDERAL Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport & Regional Services John Anderson offered investment worth A$870m to improve Australia’s principal freight routes when he addressed the National Rail 2002 conference in Melbourne on July 31.
