UTRECHT-based engineering consultancy Holland Railconsult has announced a restructuring programme, as part of a plan to offer a range of services across the whole of Europe by 2007.
Parent company Holland Railconsult Holding is now headed by Wim Jol and Gerrit Disberg, who is also President of the firm’s domestic arm, Holland Railconsult BV, where Klaas Strijbis is Commercial Director. Work outside the Netherlands will be handled by Holland Railconsult International BV, which is headed by Jol and Rob Brugts. The organisation’s international projects will be carried out under the Movares brand, which incorporates Movares Deutchsland GmbH and Movares Polska Sp zoo. n
