NOISE, vibration and machinery dynamics consultancy Ødegaard & Danneskiold-Samsøe has been acquired by Lloyd’s Register.
There are over 40 specialist staff at the Danish firm, which has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lloyd’s Register Group but operates independently and retains its name and corporate identity.
Managing Director John Ødegaard said ’the alliance of ODS and the Lloyd’s Register Group will strengthen both and enable us to provide the marine, offshore and rail industries with an unrivalled range of technical consultancy services.’
