FREIGHT operator EWS and its French-based subsidiary Euro Cargo Rail are offering European users of dry bulk powders and granule products rail transport in ISO-Veyor pressurised containers (RG 9.03 p595).
Contained within standard ISO frames, the ISO-Veyor units are filled and sealed at source for intermodal transport to a site, where they can be discharged immediately or used for temporary storage.
EWS Chief Executive Keith Heller said ’experience of this equipment on the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 project has convinced us that it has a wide application in the market for moving bulk powders. We want to ensure that our customers can benefit from access to this equipment on EWS and Euro Cargo Rail trains.’
