BEIJING ECI International will be exhibiting at Infrarail for the first time. The Chinese firm will be highlighting the range of products it is able to supply to export customers, and explaining how it can help provide access to the expanding Chinese market.
Products on offer run from castings and forgings to complete vehicles. Working with Russian partners, Beijing ECI has supplied bogies for use in Mongolia and across the CIS. A 100 tonne flat wagon is currently being developed in conjunction with a US firm, and work has begun to obtain AAR certification of the components.
Infrastructure design, financing and construction services are also available, and Beijing ECI co-operates with the Chinese Design Academy and banks to develop electrification, light rail and metro projects.
Foreign companies seeking to access the Chinese market can receive assistance from Beijing ECI, which will provide market research and act as sales agent.
