Karelia accord signed
A TRIPARTITE agreement boosting railway investment in the Russian republic of Karelia was signed at Petrozavodsk on February 22. First Deputy Minister of Railways Vladimir Yakunin was joined by October Railway President Gennady Komarov and Karelia's Governor Sergei Katanandov.
