USA: Elizabeth O’Neill has been named acting CEO of Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, in succession to Keith Parker who stepped down last month. Currently the agency’s Chief Legal Counsel, she will be supported by recently appointed Deputy General Manager Arthur Troup.
