Tram to link La Serena and Coquimbo

CHILE: A public consultation is being held for the proposed construction of a tramway linking the centres of La Serena and Coquimbo. Tenders are due to be called in the second half of this year, and work could begin by the end of the year, with opening expected in 2021-22.
