CONGO: Minister for Transport, Civil Aviation & Shipping Rodolphe Adada visited Electro-Motive Diesel’s plant at Muncie in the USA at the end of January to inspect 10 Type GT38AC locomotives which Delegation Générale des Grands Travaux has ordered for use on the Chemin de Fer Congo-Océan network.
