The High Court has upheld a May 2016 decision by the Office of Rail & Road rejecting Heathrow Airport Ltd's proposals for track access charges which would be paid by Crossrail services using the privately-financed infrastructure between Heathrow Airport and the Great Western Main Line. 'We welcome this judgment and we will now work with all the affected parties to enable Crossrail services to start running as scheduled into the airport', said ORR on May 26.
