UK: Rail consultancy First Class Partnerships has been rebranded as the UK & Europe Division of its parent company CPCS, working alongside the divisions covering Africa, North America and elsewhere.
FCP was established in 1996 and merged with Canadian global infrastructure consulting firm CPCS in 2020. The organisations have since integrated their activities to provide clients with access to greater technical and commercial capabilities.
Customers include the UK Department for Transport, the World Bank Group, Ontario transport agency Metrolinx, and various US transport agencies and private sector railway operators, investors and suppliers.
