UK: Mark Russell became Chairman of rolling stock leasing company Angel Trains on February 1, when Tom Smith stepped down after two three-year terms.
Russell is Chair of Ministry of Defence procurement and support organisation DE&S, Vice-Chair of UK Government Investments and non-executive director of DP World. His previous experience includes five years on the boards of Eurostar International and London & Continental Railways.
Angel Trains currently leases rolling stock to 18 franchised operators and two open access operators.
