The East West Rail Alliance has appointed RSK Habitat Management to undertake soft landscaping works for East West Rail Phase 2, planting trees and shrubs over the next two years as part of landscape design and environmental mitigation.
Northern has announced the 13 bids chosen by the independent Northern Accessibility User Group to share £250 000 of funding for accessibility projects. The operator is moving away from the traditional suit-based uniform which included shirt, tie, waistcoat and blazer, to a ‘more modern and contemporary’ look including a bespoke polo shirt and softshell jacket. The traditional ScotRail blue has been replaced by navy blue.
