Panasonic Europe has acquired transport telecoms integrator Alan Dick Communications.

UK: Panasonic Europe has acquired transport telecoms integrator Alan Dick Communications, including the IPS, AIB, and Rail Order brands. ADComms will form a stand-alone business within the Panasonic Business division.
