CROATIA: Leasing company Railpool and Končar Electric Vehicles have signed an agreement for the maintenance of Bombardier Traxx locomotives in Zagreb.
Several of Railpool’s Traxx locomotives are used in Croatia by a number of freight operators.
‘We have chosen an experienced and strong partner for preventive and corrective maintenance in the Balkan region adding value to our customers by providing a local service hub when needed’, said Railpool CEO Torsten Lehnert.
KEV President Josip Ninić said ‘we have more than 50 years of experience in the development, production, maintenance and refurbishing of the electric vehicles. Our goal is to expand operations to wider geographic and market niches and develop long-term partnerships.’
