On February 12 CEN, CENELEC and the European Union Agency for Railways signed a renewed agreement for co-operation in the provision of technical documents covering safety and interoperability.

Sinara Transport Machines and Corporación América have signed a memorandum of co-operation for the joint development of rail projects in Argentina and elsewhere in South America. The scope could include locomotive and track machine construction and maintenance as well as infrastructure works.

Pandrol has signed multi-year distributor partnership agreements with US company Industry-Railway Suppliers and Canadian firm Davanac, both of which are Railway Supply Group companies. The agreements will involve IRS and Davanac distributing Railtech Matweld hydraulic tools and Rosenqvist rail equipment throughout the US and Canada. IRS will also act as a sales agent for Pandrol’s equipment and welding products in the USA.
