Unipart Rail buys Park Signalling

UK: Unipart Rail announced on January 4 that it had acquired 100% of the share capital of Park Signalling Ltd, a Stockport-based company established in 2000 which offers signalling, telecoms, control and monitoring equipment for the UK and international rail markets.
