FRANCE: Catherine Guillouard is to step down as Chief Executive of RATP on September 30 for personal reasons, the Paris municipal transport operator announced on September 1.
She will be replaced on a interim basis by Pierre-Alain Roche, who represents the French state on the RATP board, and Jean-Yves Leclercq, who is Financial Director.
Minister of Transport Clément Beaune thanked Guillouard for her work since 2017, saying she had improved RATP and positioned it as major player in the French and international transport sectors.
In a message to the RATP group’s 69 000 employees, Guillouard said it was now the third biggest third urban transport operator in the world.
