Four undertakings were merged in 1999 to form Aare Seeland mobil AG: Biel-Täuffelen-Ins Bahn (BTI), Regionalverkehr Oberaargau (RVO), Solothurn-Niederbipp-Bahn (SNB) and Oberaargauische Automobilkurse (OAK). Lines run from Langenthal to St Urban, Niederbipp and Solothurn, and Biel to Ins.
