Autorité de Régulation des Transports (ART)
Established by National Assembly agreement in September 2009 to facilitate access and competition on the French rail network, it was renamed Autorité de Régulation des Activités Ferroviaires et Routières (Arafer) in October 2015, with its remit extended to road passenger transport, and further renamed to ART in October 2019.
