Operates 24 km Central Valley Branch between Stockton and Lodi, and the 90 km Stockton Public Belt Railroad network serving the Port of Stockton. Formerly an electrified inter-urban line to Sacramento, the section north of Lodi was closed in 1998 but with protected alignment.
