The Andina network of Bolivian National Railways (ENFE) was established as a separate entity in 1996. It is operated on a 40-year concession by Antofagasta Holdings whose Antofagasta (Chile) & Bolivia Railway line in Chile connects with the Andina Railway at Ollague.
