Kutch Railway Co Ltd (KRCL)
This public-private partnership, jointly owned by Rail Vikas Nigam (50%), Kandla Port Trust (26%), Gujerat Adani Port (20%) and Gujarat state government (4%), was set up to improve access to and from Gujarat ports by converting Western Railway’s 301 km Palanpur – Gandhidham Jc metre-gauge line to broad-gauge.
