Pend Oreille Valley Railroad (POVA)
Owns and operates the line from Usk (WA) southeast to Newport (WA), then east to Priest River (ID) and Dover, following the Pend Oreille river. From Dover it has trackage rights over Union Pacific’s Spokane Division into Sandpoint (ID).
