Operates the former DBAG branches from Düren to Linnich and Heimbach, and the Mönchengladbach--Dalheim service under contract to DBAG. Purchased the Düren--Zülpich line from DB in 2002. Freight operations were spun out as Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH in 2011.
