From Manly, north of Mason City, IANR runs southeast past Plymouth and Nora Springs, Rockford, Clarksville and Shell Rock to Cedar Falls. It then runs over BNSF trackage to Waterloo, from where it continues southeast through La Porte City and Vinton to Cedar Rapids. It also operates:
