Taiwan High Speed Rail Corp (THSRC)
The Taipei–Kaohsiung high-speed line, opened in 2007, was delivered through a build-operate-transfer concession awarded to THSRC. On July 27 2015 the Ministry of Transportation & Communications agreed to take a majority holding, although THSRC will remain privately managed.
