This joint venture between SBB (90%) and the canton of Thurgau (10%) runs services on lines in eastern Switzerland bounded by Chur, Nesslau-Neu St Johann, Sargans, Schaffhausen, Waldshut, Winterthur, Rüti ZH, Wil and Wattwil, and including the Wil--Weinfelden--Kreuzlingen line (the infrastructure of which it owns).
