This joint venture between Rurtalbahn GmbH and Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH (VGF) was formed in 2005. In March 2010 Danish Railways (DSB) announced it would buy VGF Frankfurt’s shareholding.
