This is the holding company for several bus operators and local railways owned by the Westfalen provincial administration in Nordrhein-Westfalen state. It owns Münster Regional Transport (RVM), Regionalverkehr Ruhr-Lippe (RLG) and Westfälische Landes-Eisenbahn (WLE), all of which have separate entries.
