RUSSIA: Kazan metro operator Metroelektrotrans has taken delivery of an additional four-car metro trainset which it ordered from Transmashholding subsidiary Metrowagonmash in October 2019 to augment its fleet.
The Type 81-765.4K/766.4K trainset is formed of two motored driving cars and unpowered intermediate trailers, linked by full-width gangways.
Interior features include LED lighting which adapts to suit ambient conditions, USB charting points, an air disinfection system and a passenger information system with high-resolution displays.
