BSL Management Consultants has been acquired by Lloyd’s Register, which has previously co-operated with the German firm on work for SNCB and risk management for Railcorp in Australia.
Based in Hamburg and Berlin, the consultancy specialises in rail, tram, metro and bus transport.
Lloyd’s Register says the acquisition will bring ’strategic and economic management consultancy’ to the services already offered, furthering its strategic goal of becoming ’a comprehensive worldwide transport consultancy’.
