CZECH REPUBLIC: Regional transport authority ROPID has selected a team of graphic studio Side2, A69 architects and the typographic studio Superior Type as the winner of an international competition to produce a unified information system for public transport in the Greater Praha region, including the city and its suburbs.
The new physical and digital design elements will be piloted this summer to obtain feedback. The testing is scheduled to run until the end of the year, after which the public comments will be evaluated. Gradual deployment is then expected to begin in 2023.
