Indian Railways has awarded Knorr Bremse’s Sydac subsidiary an A$30m contract to build and equip training centres in 12 cities over the next three years. Sydac will provide 12 full-cab simulators for driver training plus 72 smaller simulators, maintaining the equipment for eight years.
Spanish Development Minister Ana Pastor and Argentinian Interior & Transport Minister Florencio Randazzo signed a two-year co-operation agreement in Madrid on June 27.
