INTERNATIONAL: Anti-theft and additional safety measures are incorporated into EMKA’s latest design of hammer for breaking train windows in the event of an emergency.
A 1·5 m steel cable is integrated into the mounting to prevent theft of the hammer. The handle is made from plastic which was chosen to offer a high degree of fire protection according to DIN-EN 45545, and the design offers hand protection to minimise the risk of injury to passengers when using the hammer.
Hammers can also be customised with the customer’s branding.
