Traveller can use their mobile devices to purchase and receive tickets for services including the Glacier Express and the Jungfrau and Gornergrat mountain railways, reserving seats and accessing operators’ online shops.
Real-time synchronisation avoids overbooking, and future plans include expansion to offer services from restaurants and shops.
