CHINA: Zhengzhou metro Line 14 partly opened on September 19. Services operate between 06.00 and 22.00, serving three of the six stations.
Services currently operate on a 3·2 km section between Olympic Sports Centre and Tielu, where interchange is provided with Line 1. One intermediate station is open at Zhengzhou Party School, and another at Shimindadao will open at a later date.
Construction started in December 2016. Once the Xushui and Lianhu termini open, the underground north-south line will be 7·5 km long.
Services are operated with six-car Type B trainsets that have a maximum speed of 100 km/h. The fleet is stabled at a depot at Tielu West.
