RUSSIA: UKVZ has submitted the best bid for a contract to supply 19 trams to St Petersburg. The price of 900m roubles was lower than that submitted by PK Transportnye Systemy and Belkommunmash.
The tender specified that the vehicles must be at least 70% low-floor. The first three trams are due to be delivered this year, with deliveries completed by May 2017.
