INNOTRANS: Having exhibited at every InnoTrans event since 2002, the Japan Overseas Railway System Association will once again be organising the Japanese pavilion at InnoTrans 2022.

Located in Hall 7.2a, the JORSA Pavilion will bring together eight of the association’s 39 member companies, together with Tokyo Metro and the Japan International Co-operation Agency.

Representatives and experts from CombiWith Corp, Daido Castings, JCW, Kinki Sharyo, Nippon Signal, NKK Switches, Toyo Denki Seizo and Yashima & Co will be on hand to share information and exchange views on Japan’s cutting-edge railway technologies.

JICA will be promoting its overseas development aid projects in various countries, with particular emphasis on its work in India, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Tokyo Metro will also be emphasising its international activities supporting urban railway projects across southeast Asia, including Vietnam and the Philippines. Earlier this year the company launched the Tokyo Metro Academy offering online courses for use by metro operators around the world.

In addition to the Japanese pavilion itself, other JORSA members will be exhibiting elsewhere at InnoTrans 2022: J-TREC in Hall 2.2, Hitachi in Hall 4.2 and Mitsubishi Electric Corp in Hall 9.
